15MPa high-pressure design, meeting the demanding requirements of fire protection and industrial scenarios. It remains undamaged and leak-free even after long-term use.

Imported sealing components have passed gas permeability tests and ensure zero leakage. They are particularly suitable for high-risk media such as oxygen.

Compatible with PZ27.8 (German standard) and G5/8 (British standard) threads, it is suitable for most gas equipment interfaces and is easy to install.

Anti-corrosion coating

1. Gas fire suppression system

In gas fire suppression systems in various places, it plays a crucial role. For example, in data centers, museums, archives, and other places with high requirements for fire suppression media, systems such as heptafluoropropane and IG541 are often used. In these systems, nitrogen or air is required as the driving gas. It can stably deliver the driving gas with a 15MPA working pressure and precise flow control, ensuring that the fire suppression agent can be quickly and accurately sprayed to the fire area when a fire occurs, promptly extinguishing the fire source and reducing fire losses.


2. Firefighting breathing equipment

When firefighters enter a smoke-filled and toxic fire scene, they need to wear self-contained breathing equipment. The connection control between the high-pressure gas cylinder (usually filled with compressed air or oxygen) and the breathing mask in this equipment cannot do without it. The brass-plated chromium material ensures stability and safety under high pressure conditions. The imported PZ27.8 thread can tightly connect the gas cylinder, the G5/8 outlet thread is suitable for the pipeline of the breathing equipment, and the 4mm DN diameter can precisely adjust the gas output volume, providing continuous and stable breathing gas supply for firefighters, ensuring their safety in the fire scene.


3. Firefighting emergency oxygen supply system

In some large buildings, such as shopping malls, hospitals, and high-rise office buildings, to cope with the possible situation of trapped personnel and oxygen deficiency in emergency situations, a firefighting emergency oxygen supply system will be equipped. It can be used to control the oxygen supply in the emergency oxygen supply system. With its good compatibility with oxygen and stable working performance, it can provide an appropriate amount of oxygen to the trapped personnel in an emergency, striving for rescue time.


4. Firefighting drills and training

Make sure that the valve threads match the pipe interface (PZ27.8 inlet / G5/8 outlet), and avoid forcefully installing it which may cause damage to the threads. 

Before use, check whether there are any scratches or impurities on the valve and sealing surface to avoid affecting the air tightness.

It is recommended to wrap polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) tape around the threaded area or apply a special sealant to ensure no leakage. 

It is prohibited to use grease-based lubricants (especially for the oxygen system) to prevent the risk of explosion.

The working pressure of this valve is 15 MPa. Please do not use it beyond the pressure limit to prevent the valve from malfunctioning or breaking. 

If used in the oxygen system, it is necessary to ensure that the pipelines are free of oil and dust, and regular leak detection should be carried out.

It is only applicable to non-corrosive gases such as oxygen, air, and nitrogen, and cannot be used for flammable, corrosive or liquid media. 

If used for medical oxygen supply, it is recommended to be used in combination with a safety valve and a pressure reducer.

Regularly check whether the valve opening and closing is smooth. If there is any obstruction, you can clean the valve core or contact the after-sales service. 

When stored for a long time, it is recommended to keep it in a dry environment to prevent the coating from oxidizing or the threads from rusting.

When opening or closing the valve, operate slowly to avoid sudden high-pressure shock that could damage the sealing parts. 

If you find any leakage after use, please immediately turn off the gas source and carry out maintenance.

 

 

 

 


A: Not recommended. This valve is designed for inert gases and oxygen. Valves with explosion-proof certification are required for flammable gases.



A: This is a stop valve. If you need to regulate the pressure, please use a pressure reducer in conjunction with it.
